Head of Advice Services
We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Advice Services to ensure the ongoing high quality delivery of our core advice services. We are a flagship service recognised nationally for our innovative approach, award-winning performance, strong volunteering programme and exceptional partnership working.
The Head of Advice Services is a pivotal role that will take responsibility for the leadership, management and development of our core generalist advice service, leading diverse teams to deliver a variety of high-quality, values-driven services for our clients. Reporting to the CEO, you will create, lead, and inspire an organisational culture that enables colleagues to achieve quality outcomes and fulfil organisational objectives. You will maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (including the Local Authority), understanding contractual requirements and KPIs and monitoring performance against these, whilst ensuring that support remains person-centred and tailored to the needs of individual service users.
To apply for this role you will be a collaborative leader, with proven experience of managing advisory-focussed projects. Working at a senior level, you will be comfortable developing service evaluations and reports and positively contributing to organisational and strategic planning. You will possess a track record of managing and leading people, developing a positive working environment, and supporting frontline staff to achieve their full potential. Understanding of working within budgetary constraints and experience of contributing to discussions on the allocation of resources is essential. Overall, you will be a supportive manager, passionate about delivering high quality advice to a diverse community.

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
