Client satisfaction survey 2016

Thank you to all our users who contributed responses to our annual client satisfaction survey in 2016. Your feedback is very important to us and our funders, and we do use the results to inform our service development.

The survey showed that:

  • 95% of people say they are happy or very happy with access to the service
  • 97% of people say they are happy or very happy with the overall service
  • 99% of people say they would use us again
  • 95% of people say they would recommend us to someone else

These are very similar results to last year in which we achieved our highest ever satisfaction rates, and we are pleased to have sustained this in 2016.
