GDPR!

GDPR is upon us. Like all other organisations that keep records about their service users, we have had to update our policies and Privacy Notice to ensure that we are compliant with GDPR. We don’t engage in mass marketing of our services – there’s no need – so we haven’t sent out lots of emails asking if our users still want to be subscribed to a mailing list (we don’t have one). However, we have updated the consents we need to ask from you if you use our service, and our Privacy Notice which explains how we collect, store and use your data and who we share it with. As a member of the national association of Citizens Advice services, we have to follow our national association’s policies too, and you can read these here.
