Lunch time closure in Shepherds Bush

We are now closing for lunch daily between 1pm – 2pm at our Shepherds Bush site, 338 Uxbridge Road. Our Avonmore Library site is unaffected and will remain open from 10am to 5pm as usual. The reason for this change is that Shepherds Bush is our busiest site with near constant footfall, and staff, especially supervisors, have not been able to take the breaks they need until late in the day.

You can still call us on our Adviceline between 10am – 4pm. Lines remain open throughout the break and this is usually the best way to contact us, rather than coming in without an appointment.
