New Trailblazer Project

Our new Trailblazer project has started!

This is a partnership project led by Hammersmith & Fulham Council between the Council, ourselves, Staying First and Peabody Trust, with the aim of preventing and reducing homelessnes in the borough, particularly in the private sector.

Under this project we have an adviser in the Council Housing Options team at 145 King Street two days a week. Our adviser provides independent advice to assist private sector tenants, whose tenancies are at risk, to resolve problems with their landords and prevent eviction. This includes help with budgeting and benefits to resolve issues and prevent or reduce arrears, advice on tenancy rights and landlord obligations, and advice and assistance with any other problems that can help tenants stay in their homes.
