Thanks from a client

It’s always great to know when good things happen as a result of our work and to receive thanks from clients. Here is an extract from a recent email we received, after helping them get emergency assistance from the Council’s homeless section on a cold winter’s day.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you very much indeed from the bottom of my heart to lovely lady with the beautiful name Supervisor Joy Paul, who was just amazing in helping me with my case when I came to her in despair as homeless. Because of her letter the council managed to put us in B&B over the weekend and then in temporary accommodation … Thank you very much indeed .. and may Joy bring many people joy as she did to our faces and hearts on that cold Friday day. Thank you all team as well.
