I have received a letter saying I have been overpaid and not sure what to do?

Please contact us! We can advise you what to do if you think the decision is wrong. There are time limits for challenging benefit decisions (normally only one month from the date the decision is sent to you), it is important to act promptly, and there is a process you must follow.
