HFCAB launches Advice+ – a new way of providing advice and information services

From the 1s December 2014, HFCAB is launching a new way of providing our advice and information services. Over the last few years we have seen demand for our services rise by over 60% and whilst we have tried to meet this demand by maintaining an Open Door Policy, it has become increasingly difficult to provide a consistent and efficient service to our clients.

The new service introduces an initial assessment by phone and/or email and filters people through to face to face appointments as necessary. This will enable us to help more clients more quickly.
