Our new Adviceline is now open!

Citizens Advice Hammersmith & Fulham has teamed up with Citizens Advice services in 5 other London boroughs and national Citizens Advice to deliver greatly improved telephone access to residents living in all 6 boroughs (Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow, Wandsworth, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Merton). We have extended our hours, from 10am to 4pm Monday – Friday instead of 10am – 3pm, and the change should mean that there are far more people on the phones helping ensure that it is much easier to get through.

Please note that we have a new telephone number for this new service, 0300 330 1162. Please don’t worry about call charges for calling an 0300 number – they are exactly the same as for calling an 020 number, and calls to 0300 numbers are included in inclusive mobile minutes bundles. Pay as you go charges will be the same as for calling our old number.

You should only use our 0300 number if you haven’t spoken to us about your problem before. If we are already dealing with your case, or you’ve got an appointment that you want to cancel, please call us on 020 7386 9068. Please don’t use this number to ask about new problems however – we will only be able to tell you to redial using the 0300 number above.

Finally if you are calling us about a problem with debt, and only if it is a debt problem, please call us on 020 3137 6295.
