Trained assessors will carry out an assessment to try to find the best way to help solve your problem. They will provide you with information so you can take action yourself or help you to get in touch with an organisation that can assist you. If we can help further they will book you an appointment with one of our advisers.

It’s usually busiest at the beginning and end of the day. It’s not available on public holidays. We’ll answer as soon as we can – at busy times you might need to wait up to an hour. If you would prefer not to hang on, you can contact us online using one of our other services.
