Andrew joined the CAHF board in 2025 as the Digital Trustee, responsible for digital strategy and IT governance. He is currently a Director at a large professional services firm, with over a decade of experience in software development, project delivery and product strategy.
Robbie oversees the strategic and operational delivery of our core advice services, ensuring every member of the community receives high-quality, client-focused support. He joined Citizens Advice Hammersmith & Fulham in 2018 and brings years of experience to the role, including time as a volunteer in the Citizens Advice network, and dedicated work supporting disadvantaged communities. Robbie is committed to making sure our service is accessible and always available to those who need us.
Viki provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and management of the organisation. She has been part of the Citizens Advice network for 17 years, beginning her journey as a volunteer before progressing into management and senior leadership roles.
With extensive experience in leading teams and driving organisational development, Viki is passionate about ensuring that people have access to high quality advice and support when they need it most.
Joined the CAHF board in 2016. Over 20 years’ experience as a solicitor specialising in litigation. Currently a partner at a law firm in Fulham.
Joined CAHF as a Trustee in 2018. Area of Responsibility – Fundraising.
Previously 40 years’ experience in banking, financial services and charity management.

Ben has extensive Caseworker experience drawn from a variety of parliamentary supporting roles and in the Civil Service. His interests include Campaigning and Social Policy, working to identify and highlight common problems faced by local constituents.
Phil has experience working at NHS England, Healthwatch England, local government, and now North West London NHS. With a background in management and system transformation, he is passionate about delivering personalised, holistic care closer to home. Deeply committed to equity, Phil serves as the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Lead on the Trustee Board, championing inclusive approaches across the organisation.

Has responsibility for supporting the financial operation and structures of the organisation, maintaining accurate financial records, policies and procedures.
Head of Resources
Has responsibility for ensuring all office resources (HR, premises, etc.) are effectively deployed and available to support the delivery of services.
