For Advice, we ask you to please ring our Adviceline 0808 278 7832 or access our digital channels. We ask you to be patient and Adviceline is less busy in the afternoons.

To help more people in Hammersmith & Fulham, we’re increasing our Adviceline capacity starting Monday 3rd November, so we can answer more of your calls.

Our locations and opening hours:

Avonmore Library
North End Road, W14 8TG
Our reception is open Monday-Friday from 10am – 3.30pm.

If you come to our offices, depending on the complexity of your issues, we will consider different pathways to support you.

These may include:

  • Signposting you to information resources on paper or online for you to read and take action yourself.
  • Directing you to Adviceline for a full assessment and next steps.
  • If you query is outside our remit, supporting you to find an organisation better suited to your needs.
  • Assisting you with scanning documents, if one of our advisers has requested these documents from you.
  • We may refer you to the Digital Skills service in the library.
  • Assisting clients who are not able to engage with Adviceline or digital services.
